Aytch Plaza

Aytch Plaza is located in Kelseyville, California and is named after CHD's former Board Chair, Harvey Aytch. These two, three, and four-bedroom air conditioned houses are widely spaced on a fenced site of 2.2 acres. Built on a slightly rising slope, they offer beautiful views of the surrounding mountains. In addition to the wide lawns, there is a playground area for younger children. The houses each accommodate a washing machine and have outside clotheslines. Each yard has a small storage unit for garden tools and bicycles. There is assigned covered parking for residents, and off-street guest parking. Five of the houses are available to any low-income family, and six are reserved for low-income farmworker families. Aytch Plaza was built with a loan and a grant from the California Department of Housing and Community Development.
